The birth of a beard guy

My relationship with my beard is a complicated one. When I was young, I grew it out of convenience because I hated shaving. So I’d grow it, then shave when it got too ratty. Each time eventually ending in an itchy, unruly mess. But I was hooked, there's no point in fighting it, i'm a beard guy now. I had to learn how to take care of it.

The search for the perfect product was on.

But every guy, every beard is different. Finding the right combination of grooming products and scent is tricky. I created Bushii to give guys an easy way to have fun with their beard. Clean, citrus scents that hopefully inspire guys to play around; grow it, shave it off and grow it again.

Why did we start with beard balms?

We wanted to help guys enjoy their beard game, but one of the main reasons guys give up on their beard is that it becomes too much work.

That's why beard balm was the perfect product for us to offer first. It's the Swiss army knife of beard care products. So with one easy morning routine you can keep your beard healthy & soft, and give some style and hold that really shows you what's possible.

    Castor oil has been used for centuries. It has both anti-inflammatory benefits that promote healthier growth at the root of the hair and antibacterial qualities that are amazing for keeping your beard clean.

  • SHEA BUTTER

    Shea is particularly good for kinky, curly hair, which most beards are. It locks in moisture while at the same time provides soothing properties for the skin which means less irritation and dandruff.
